In this video I outline the topics I aim to explore and cover for the remainder of the year.

These are:

·        It software and supplier selection  

This will provide an insight into a specially developed framework/methodology for medium/large size firms in project deliverance/direction, focusing on the processes of technology used to aid reviewing existing suppliers, as well as current technology and software and necessitating changes where required

·        Project Direction

This will provide information on how I deliver my services – including how I achieve a best value day rate for businesses, as well as what it includes – delivering the project, oversight of suppliers/support for the project, resource management – including sourcing temporary specialists where needed

·        Cyber Checklist

Here I will explain how I can work alongside your firm to establish application/compatibility of SRA guidelines using the red/amber/green system. I will also cover cost/time implications.

·        Coaching and supporting IT staff

Here, I will provide an insight in how I can resolve inefficiencies within existing teams, i.e. communication/translation challenges, budget inefficiency challenges etc

·        Large Probable Opportunities

This will aim to provide an overview on how bringing an independent IT specialist can help with the balance of risks e.g. client service, compliance regulation vs marketplace opportunities
