In this video I introduce a coaching, support and advisory plan which helps firms to deliver their own projects with the knowledge and support of an expert. 

Do you have an IT or Software change, and need access to cost effective, independent, advice?

There are lots of firms who have an IT Challenges they want to review and address, but they need cost-effective access to an independent expert without breaking the bank. 

Well, I have been working on a Coaching, Support and Advisory plan which helps firms to deliver their own projects with the knowledge and support of an expert. 

The proposed plan: Single Troubleshooting Sessions: £675 + VAT 

There are also set fee options for Monthly input and project advisory / support ranging from inputs once per month, to once per week depending on the size and scale of your projects.  

Instead of bringing in Consultants to run your project, why not bring me in to support your existing team, upskill them, advise and steer them using a proven methodology.  Helping them avoid common pitfalls, deliver as an expert would and significantly reduce the risks involved with running an IT project.  Providing knowledge and materials they can retain and re-use in the future!
